First day in Reykjavik, Iceland and I'm already the last one to go to sleep! Though it's not hard with nearly 24 hours of sunlight. My first day here in Iceland was amazing. I walked out of the airport this morning to the most delightful breeze. And the bus ride to the Blue Lagoon was full of breathtaking views. The Blue Lagoon was everything and more. I put white mudd* on my face that supposedly does wonders for your skin and just lounged in the geothermal spa for about 2 hours After the Blue Lagoon we checked into the city hostel and got situated. Then the real fun began: exploring the city of Reykjavik. The Icelandic people are the coolest, their style is bold and edgy. When I wasn't taking pictures of the harbor and the beautiful landscapes I was snapping pictures of the locals. I got some great shots of the people in Iceland and struck up a few conversations with some of them. They were interesting and very welcoming. As I am literally the last person awake right now I should probably go to sleep... excited and anxious for  what tomorrow will be like!
